Please be advised that as of 4/12/2023, we will be commencing an exchange wide security server update. We are receiving emails from members saying they were unaware of this upgrade and their wallets are at a zero balance. All tokens are secure and remain in the wallets. The exchange goes to a zero balance during the upgrade process so tokens are not moved in or out, which causes the process to start over. We expect this upgrade to be completed late this evening and a blog post will go out confirming its completion.
